Food was very bland and expensive compared to quality

We have visited Luna 2 years ago and it was very good. This time I took the family there, and the food and drinks were good. Service, however, was absent after serving the maincourse. Staff were more into chatting by the bar, instead of attending guests at 4 tables. Bill was presented without asking for it, and I feel sorry for the manager who missed out extra sales this Saturday evening 14/3-26. Hoping for improvement.

Very disappointing experience. I had been in Luna for few times but I don't know what is happening there. The waiter who were paying next to our table was super arrogant saying he couldn't respond anything because he had other things that were ordered first. But thr story doesn't end here. He screamed saying next time don't touch him! Of course , other waiter came to serve butcher food wasn't good. We need to asked to sizzling our beef because was raw. Pity, I was my favorite Argentinian in town. Where's the sympathetic owner? Maybe things are good only when he is there? Hard to coming back.

While it can happen occasionally that the meat needs to be grilled a little longer, the behavior you describe from the waiter is unacceptable. We will continue to follow up on this. Excellent food and great service. We ate there two nights in a row because the food and service were so wonderful!!

We returned for the quality of the meats which used to be of high quality. Unfortunately this time we found that not to be the case, but having ordered the mixed grill may have accentuated the problem. We still missed a vegetable side dish and found the salad to be quite bland. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great restaurant! I come here often and now my colleagues are also bringing sometimes clients. Good food, good wine, service is very friendly, they speak Spanish and I love that cause I'm a Spanish speaker.

I came here for my sister’s bday, and they went out of their way to host us. Impeccable service, immaculate food, and impressive ambience. Would highly recommend :)

We had a lovely dinner there with a small group of friends. The meat was delicious and the wine very tasty. The waiter was very kind and friendly. Would recommend +++

Very nice food. Steaks on the grill to perfection, great pairing of wine and nice tiramisu to finish an excellent evening.

The atmosphere in the restaurant is really nice! The decoration is lovely and the food truly argentinian! Definitely recommend this place!

We were expecting to have meet. We had for sure! Parilla mixte was very good and savory. The only negative point maybe the side was too expensive 4euros for a mini cup of rice its not really ok.
