9.5/10I tasted local French cuisine in a very meaningful place. The chef was very gentlemanly. I loved the pigeon meat the most and the sea bass was also excellent. It was an unforgettable experience!

9.5/10Absolutely beautiful Room a combination of beautiful old building with modern fittings and artwork. The food was ingenious cooked beautifully with lovely flavours to allow the natural produce to express itself. One of the best meals I’ve had in France.

9/10Our group of three had dinner here last night. We ordered from the Alla carte menu. One person had the pigeon and enjoyed their dinner - very flavorful sauce. Another had the sea bass which she described as the best sea bass she had ever had- again sauce was wonderful. Third person had the Lobster and wage beef combination. This meal- which was one of the more expensive options did not live up to expectations. the lobster was overcooked and rubbery and the sauce was not appropriate for the lobster as it was the same sauce as the one for the meat. The wage beef was only four bites and it tasted like they had fried the fat from the meat. I didn’t taste one bit of beef. I was very disappointed. The dessert was a lemon custard type dessert on a shortbread crust with a sorbet on the side. It was light and very good. We had one bottle of wine which was good. Overall we enjoyed the meal but felt it was really overpriced for what we got.

7.5/10Friendly but a bit stiff service wine book for local wines, a second one for other. Lunch menu very good, ancient feel ambiance, pricy.

9/10Stairs and ramp outside were very scary. Stairs need a bannister.

10/10The chef/owner visited the tables regularly and seemed to really enjoy his interaction with guests. We had the tomato menu (7 courses) with wine pairing, and all courses, plus 2 other small chef surprises at the start of the meal were outstanding in all aspects of presentation, service, and taste. The amount of food and wine were perfectly-sized so we were comfortably full at the end of the meal without having too much food or wine. The paired wine choices were also excellent in complementing each course, so we very happy that we chose that option. The ambience was also fantastic- quiet and lovely surroundings. We had the chef and two others to serve us, and all parts of the meal, food and wine, was perfectly timed and presented. We were there for lunch and highly recommend this for memorable ezperience in fine dining.
