Horrible service, absolutely terrible. They were so slow with everything and they told us it was a normal night as we assumed it could have been a very busy night. But no staff was rude and the food was so bland. Had bistecca which was very average, and for 70€ roughly total per person, overall the meal was absolutely awful. This dinner was for a birthday and they didn’t even let us store a birthday cake that we bought from outside, asking us to produce the ‘list’ of ingredients. Who publishes list of ingredients on a receipt? Apparently it might contaminate their fridge, wow. Also pasta was very very undercooked, had to return it and ask them to cook again.

9/10Lovely pasta dishes, the wild boar ragù was excellent. Would recommend. Our only fault was that we were seated in the front area of the restaurant and it was a little chilly.

3/10So disappointed! The restaurant looks lovely but the service was very poor, especially the guy we had. Not professional at all. He forgot the drink we ordered at the start and we had to ask again. We then got it while we were already eating our starters. My husband ordered the fillet of pork for main course and got 2 slices on a plate with nothing else: €30 for that dish!! It seems to be a trap for tourists. Don't go there, it is not worth it.

Food was definitely not acceptable for what they charged you for $$$ very very small portions I wouldn’t mind if it tasted good but it didn’t the appetizer was the scallops well it was definitely one scallop cut in half and put into two separate shells with the melted cheese then goes the eggplant tower so dry you can choke then the cover charge is $8.00 then there house wine just a quarter glass $9.00 we didn’t order desserts or coffee ridiculous I have been in Florence now for three weeks now this is the first restaurant that was the worst
