Food was definitely not acceptable for what they charged you for $$$ very very small portions I wouldn’t mind if it tasted good but it didn’t the appetizer was the scallops well it was definitely one scallop cut in half and put into two separate shells with the melted cheese then goes the eggplant tower so dry you can choke then the cover charge is $8.00 then there house wine just a quarter glass $9.00 we didn’t order desserts or coffee ridiculous I have been in Florence now for three weeks now this is the first restaurant that was the worst

The food was very delicious ! Steaks were perfect ! The problem was the air temperature - very warm and stuffy as if the AC was turned way low .

The food was delicious, but a female server in her 40s responded kindly at first and booked it with the fork app at the time of payment, and when I told her that the 20% discount was not applied, it suddenly turned cold. They exchanged all 30 euros of change for coins. 😂 I felt racist. I felt really gooooooooooooooood :)

I had a mixed experience at this restaurant. To start with the positives — the food was absolutely amazing. Every dish was rich in flavor and clearly prepared with care. The manager and the reception staff were also kind and professional, which I appreciated. However, the rest of the staff were extremely rude and dismissive, which really affected the overall atmosphere. What made things worse was the portable cooking station being placed very close to my table not once, but twice. The heat and smoke from it, combined with the air conditioning being far too warm, triggered my asthma and made me feel quite uncomfortable during the meal. While the food alone would normally earn a high rating, the lack of courtesy from most of the staff and the uncomfortable environment made this a disappointing visit overall. I hope they address these issues because the cuisine truly deserves better service.

This restaurant had an amazing atmosphere and the waiters were very polite and welcoming. This is a great place for a romantic evening. However, the food was not the best - it was good, but not something spectacular. This restaurant has a great selection of wines.

This was our second trip this week - the first was great in every way. However..... On our return visit, the main courses were bad. One of us had a lasagane, which was served cold. They quickly swapped it, but the replacement, whilst seeming fine at the time had bad after effects. The other main was a Rib eye steak, which was mainly bone and gristle, although, to be fair, it was cooked correctly. But only about 3 ounces of actual steak. Such a shame as we'd otherwise be recommended it highly

Lovely quality authentic cooking. The waitress was attentive, friendly and had a lovely personality. Food was faultless, the tartare to start was perfect as were the main dishes. We had the Aglione and truffle pasta dishes and for mine, steak for one and truffle steak with sides and it was all cooked perfectly with the best flavours. Dessert also lovely and not to be missed!
