My fish was average. Half of tasting menu was good. Did not think a refined restaurant would do the trick of putting bread on table without telling is going to cost us but it did. Service was slow to the point we had to ask for food to come. It came immediately when the hostess went to the kitchen instead of the waitress. Great sunset view.

Very good food with high value for money. All courses was tasty and at a good level. The view from the terrasse was exceptional. However, the male waiter seemed negative and did not create a good atmosphere. So bad that the raskest thing to do right, was exactly what went wrong this evening. Ps all the other waiters seemed very nice and positive.

The waiting staff were so friendly and helpful and the food was superb.

The highlight is the beautify, tranquil, intimate setting and the kind service. You pay for the ambiance and the views. Food is good but not what I primarily remembered from the evening. I loved my visit and would gladly be back.

Settimo is a nice high end restaurant. Overall food was good. Cod had a great amount of sinew and was in edible...very unfortunate. The view and decor was very nice and the service was good for the most part.

Ambience was beautiful on the rooftop. The staff was very personable and warm as well as very attentive . Dinner and wine was delicious and dessert was heavenly .

despite the rain was the view extraordinary. the Restaurant is on top of the Sofitel Hotel just for those who may not know it. Food was good, Service was excellent

The food and setting were excellent. Unfortunately the service and overall experience was average. Despite mentioning that our evening was a special birthday celebration, there was no acknowledgement of this whatsoever during the evening. The service was ok but it was very “wooden”, we did not feel special as we have done in other less upmarket restaurants. The wine pairing was really disappointing in terms of quality and amount. We did complain about this and in fairness they refunded one of the wine pairing supplements but we would have preferred not to need to. Overall, we had a nice evening as the ambience and food was great, but it was a shame that it wasn’t an amazing and memorable special occasion for us.

Disappointing that you can’t sit outside if you want to have normal dinner, you HAVE TO take the 5 course even if you don’t want to just for sitting outside, very bad And also the service was bad it took very long time they were very stressed and didn’t look at the coustomers

Very good combination of good food, very good service, and fantastic ambiance. The value for money is very good and we will go back again.

Beautiful setting, amazing view of Rome, exquisite dishes (we had the taster set menu, both the meat and the fish version). My only remarks would be that the asparagus replacing the beef tartare were a bit bland, but certainly lighter, whilst I found the carbonara with tartufo a bit heavy for August in Rome. The taste was excellent nevertheless. Excellent wine list and service too.

Outside dining is only prefixed menu which they don’t explain ahead of time. Food was good, just ok. Service was pretentious and not called for as it was not packed.
