5.5/10I visited with a family of four. I have been to this restaurant before I have always been impressed with the food. It is tasty and I believe it to be pretty authentic. This time was no exception. However, this time the service wasn't great. First off, the place was overbooked so despite having made a reservation we were escorted to the place next door (which apparently is part of the same restaurant) and had to wait quite a while to be seated. When we finally did get a table, the service was stressed and chaotic. The table was not clean. When setting the table the server dropped a knife on the floor and proceeded to give it to my son to use. We actually had to ask for a clean knife -- a request that was honored, but only begrudgingly. The food took over an hour to arrive. The naan was a bit burnt. There was a piece of cabbage in one of the desserts. Overall not great. The night was passable but I am not coming back.

10/10Taj Mahal what can I say? The food was amazing, the service was great and the decor was nice. But what amazed me the most was the food. I usually don't like Indian food but Taj Mahal changed my mind. The different kinds of curries was really tasty but the orange curry (I forgot the name) blew me away. How they made it themselves. With such love. You could taste that the chef is really passionate for his food and curries. The owner came to the table and asked if we enjoyed our food which I find quit pleasurable. The dessert were different from other restaurants. The home made rice pudding and homemade ice-cream was amazing. I'm def going back there. I really enjoyed my time at Taj Mahal!
