The Maître D who acted as our main server was absolutely amazing. He was very friendly and helpful giving us good food and wine recommendations throughout the evening. He was very kind to us and our two kids, and we watched him provide the same service in at least three or four other languages to other customers. The seafood antipasti were great and so were the primi piatti. We were so full we didn’t make it to the second courses.

Delicious and fresh food, excellent ambience and interior, staff kind and fast. The only complaint is that for New Year's Eve, there were too many tables and people in the restaurant so there was no room to move the chair to get up from the table normally. And in that crowd, we got 2nd course from the meat menu, instead of fish, but we didn't complain because everything was delicious, and we saw the staff is really busy and all over it. If it wasn't so crowded, the restaurant is excellant for the rating.

Our first trip to Venice. This location recommended by guidebook the Venice I know author as one of few places in Italy to get pizza that could qualify as Italian pizza in Venice compared to most of the tourist trap places pizza is sold in Venice. It did not disappoint. It was amazing and the bruschetta was maybe the best I have ever had in my life. Prices very reasonable for Venice as well. Our service was also excellent and It is worth the time and money.

Be carefull with the extra addrional items on the bill. E.g: they added an item called maggiariazione 15%. Anyway, they don t like the customers who are coming with discounts and bla bla bla…a guy, I think the boss, tried to be funny with a joke but I smelt that it s something bad…but the food was ok.
