We were lucky to have Francesco to help us on our first journey at Ristorante Benedicta. He was kind, funny and forgiving of my poor attempts at Italian but he spoke wonderful English. We had shared creamy spaghetti pasta with truffles. My wife is still using it as her "best" as a comparison. And then Florentine Steak .. over a kilo of perfectly cooked juicy meat with a side of roast potatoes with a glass of Chianti Classico. Finished with signature fruit cake with ginger cream. Absolutely divine food in a beautiful setting! And again well done and thank you Francesco 👏 Hopefully maybe again soon 😊 🙏 🤲
