We had a wonderful time at Boccanegra! The staff was extremely accommodating and even offered us some extra treats as we were there close to closing time. The food was amazing and fairly priced as well!

This was the only restaurant on our two week trip that made special accommodations for our honeymoon (I put it in the notes of every reservation) our server, Alex, was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Both the pasta and the steak were fantastic. This was the best dinner we had in Florence.

10/10This was one of the most wonderful dining experiences since moving to Firenze! The staff, service, ambiance, and menu were fabulous! We Celebrated our wedding anniversary and they made this a very special evening. Thank you Boccanegra. We will return!

From the staff to the quality of the food it was a lovely evening that could not have been better. We arrived as a family of 3 with our 8 year old daughter and were immediately put at ease, with also helpful recommendations for the food. Every dish was memorable and added to the evening, with the quality options for wine (also including a quick visit to their wine cellar, which if you get the chance is well worth it). Overall really enjoyable and would love to go back next time we visit Florence..

10/10One of the better meals we had in Florence, great pasta, filet and dessert to go with some great wine. Could have used a little more help with guidance on the wines, but we blindly picked some winners!

4/10We arrived and were eventually seated once eye contact was made! Then left for 40 minutes without drinks or our order taken. Twice we had to ask for dishes that people in our party of 6 had ordered but not arrived , the waiting staff seemingly unaware that people were sitting with no food and others had received theirs. We ordered a white wine and received a rose albeit it was very nice. Need I say more? .
