Such a nice corner around brussels where portuguese flavours can be tasted. I went with a group of 6 and we were nicely welcomed by Sr. Domingos which pleased us with very nice and attentive service. Will come back definitely.

If you’re looking for a dining experience where quality meets hospitality, Chez Maria is the place to be. We dined as a couple and indulged in an exquisite menu: a suite of clams, crispy cod croquettes, and a delightful goat cheese starter. For mains, we had the oven-baked cod and a hearty fish soup, followed by a shared dessert, a bottle of white wine, and a coffee to finish. The food quality was simply exceptional—each dish prepared with care and bursting with flavor. The owner was incredibly kind and convivial, making us feel right at home. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the restaurant itself was impeccably clean. The total bill came to €142 for two, which is not cheap, but absolutely worth every cent for the superb food and experience. Chez Maria is a must-visit for those who appreciate fine cuisine and warm hospitality.

My very first experience with “The Fork” and I couldn’t have asked for better. The restaurant is small and super cosy, the food is amazing, mainly made with 100% authentic Portuguese ingredients, everything was explained until the very small detail. The owner was amazing, we felt like we were at home, that we knew him for decades. Such an amazing vibe, the music Fado playing, all the experience was fenomenal. We will definitely come back in the nearest future, especially to celebrate special days. Thank you so much sir Domingos. Muito muito obrigada por nos receber.
