The food was fine, but I would consider it expensive without the discount applied. However, this was not the main issue. The reason for the poor rating was due to the discount not being automatically applied, and after questioning this with one of the waiters, receiving a rude response asking why I hadn’t noticed this before he setup the payment on the card machine. This is not my responsibility and although I understand that this could happen by mistake, the attitude of the waiter towards me was unacceptable. I would not recommend this restaurant.

I had a 3 course meal and I enjoyed every single bite of the meal. Cosy restaurant, hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation and wonderful dessert. I recommend to everyone! I would like to come back here again and again. It can be expensive but worth it and they do good deals so it’s worth checking them out before you book.

Food was perfectly nice, although waited about 40mins for a bottle of wine to be brought over to the table and then didn’t bring one persons dessert out until everyone else had finished theirs. Was a nice restaurant but quite squashed in/crowded.

Absolutely charming restaurant - l'ambience, et la cuisine , c'est comme chez grande-mere! We ordered delivery one night when we were stuck in a hotel, so glad we had the opportunity to try in person!

Good food which came very quickly & nice venue/location. Waitress both times we went (same one) was very surly and seemed quite resentful of serving customers. It could be she’s not in a good place but it did dampen the mood a little. A shame as it’s otherwise a good find!

Nice staff and perfect Italian atmosphere including the staff. Honest dishes related to prices. Had been there many times in the past and had a better memory. Maybe due to the summer season, more noisy and need of more fans or air conditioning inside.
