Staff was quite bad. Not quite happy, and it was obvious they didnt want to be there. We also couldnt have desert cause the waiters were quite slow and our 2 hours were over. Food was amazoling though. And the atmosphere was quite good.

Excellent pizza nothing to say. Not feeling welcomed as waiters are not smiling and say a bit roughly that the table is only for 1,5 hour. Personally, I don’t like to have to scan the menu. The pizzas came in no time then no one checks on you for the entire dinner. We tried several time to get water but didn’t work. Only 1 toilet for such a big place, so you queue. It was much warmer when it was smaller. I’m sure next visit will be better.

No table ready for us despite booking. We were slotted into an annoying table by the passageway, set for 3 (we were 4). The starter was wrong and no one told us. We ordered the one with spicy sausage and got something with pasta inside. No one mentioned that the kitchen was closing / no opportunity to order drinks/dessert. Pizza was good.

I have eaten in Basils since 2020 and I love it! It is my favorite pizzeria! I am always looking forward for my next monthly visit. I have friends who come from Mons, Nivelles and Charleroi for the pizza at Basils.

It's really incredible restaurant. Nice atmosphere and delicious food. I only found it a shame that the table is booked for a specific amount of time and we were asked to leave "in a hurry", because we had to free the table.
