10/10It is very good and quiet restaurant in the heart of Florence’s historic center. Having learned from experience about the generous size of the Florentine steak, we decided to share a small green salad as an appetizer. For the main course, we had the Bistecca alla Fiorentina con filetto “Chianina I.G.P.” from Tuscany. Chianina is an Italian breed of large white cattle, and the steak was truly amazing and it was exceeding all our expectations!”
