A lovely restaurant with excellently sourced ingredients, uncommon and delicious traditional food, and a wonderful owner and staff. Outside Florence city center- so not touristy and very local. They have a very deep (and affordable) wine cellar of mainly Tuscan but also other Italian wines. Definitely a place I'll come back to.
