8/10It’s hard when you want to recreate a wonderful experience and memory that you’ve had at a favorite spot previously, but this is what I had hoped when I brought my family of 10 here. Previously, we were greeted with such warmth and customer service as we went downstairs to share wine and a large snack tray with friends. This time, we didn’t receive that warm welcome and service. It was OK, but I had certainly hoped for the amazing experience we had had before.

2/10Long story short, had a reservation which they said we did not have but had to prove with phone confirmation. Then not allowed wine tasting, said it was too late but they were serving other wine tastings at the time. Why did they even have a reservation spot if you could not enjoy the services. They could have accommodated us but did not. Not Happy

10/10The team knows it's wine very well. Very pleasant atmosphere. Was great to taste different wines and a few of toscana specialities. A great tip even if it closes at 6pm

10/10Great experience with such a knowledgeable wine “waiter” he helped us pick the best wine and Cognac. My wife and I were very happy. They had such a beautiful venue.

8/10A wine bar with a limited but quite tasty menu, including a meat and cheese board that can be sized to the number of people, excellent burrata, and a good salad with nuts, raisins, anchovies and cheese. Nice wine offerings either by the glass or in flights ranging from the major Tuscan varietals plus a few farther afield (e.g. Piedmont, Veneto). Very large enoteca in the back and downstairs with a dizzying selection, but the staff were too busy stocking to help.

10/10This is a fantastic enoteca with incredible tasting menus and degustazioni. The staff is wonderful and it has some of the most vast selections of wines and spirits and many many other wonderful things. Go with friends. It is wonderful

7/10The place was ok but the food was disappointing. We order a variety of cheeses and meats for two and it was very very small. It costs 28€ and it has only two types of cheeses and three types of meats. It is expensive for what you get. Not value for money at all. At least the local wine costs only 5€ per glass.

9/10this place is a great find. i don't think i've ever seen such a huge variety of wines and spirits in one place. the staff really know their wines and explain each of your choices to you. really nice meet and cheese board to accompany the wines. the place has a great atmosphere, almost like no one really knows it is there! would recommend for wine lovers who want to sample some Italian wine while nibbling on local meats and cheeses

9.5/10Hidden gem! Delicious food!!!!! Wine tasting was great and the music was fantastic to set a relaxing mood for an a late lunch snack. Will go back a few times before leaving Florence for sure!

GESTIONE FAMILIARE - L'enoteca Alessi si trova nel cuore del centro storico fiorentino, a due passi dal Duomo, gestita fin dal 1952 dalla famiglia Alessi. Giorgio, il proprietario, crede nel vino come documento di civiltà. DEGUSTAZIONE - L'enoteca è un luogo costellato di antiche volte e travi di legno, riservato alla degustazione, dove ci si può sedere in tranquillità e conversare davanti a un ottimo bicchiere e magari godersi un tagliere di salumi e formaggi toscani. CANTINA D'ECCEZIONE - In cantina si accede a un salone di circa 300mq, dove temperatura e umidità perfette per la conservazione, in simbiosi con una sapiente distribuzione delle luci, consentono di ammirare più di 2500 tipi di etichette esposte in una combinazione di strutture di legno e terracotta.
