10/10The food was tasty and well presented. The tiramisu was the best I have ever tasted. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive.

Gentile Min Su Kim Sono molto dispiaciuto per la sua cattiva esperienza nel nostro Ristorante. Non ne andiamo certo orgogliosi e come può vedere dalle altre recensioni si tratta di un episodio alquanto insolito. Spero che vorrà tornare da noi così possiamo riparare in qualche modo alla sua delusione

5.5/10We were so looking forward to our meal, after all the hype about this restaurant! Arrived, and it took a while to get our order in, and get a glass of wine. Ok, so anticipation still high, my fillet arrived, and was so sinewy, I had trouble cutting through it!! I complained, and a second one was made, only to be exactly the same! My friend, who had ordered the steak with greens and Parmesan, was given hers, a pale gray color, which not only looked anemic, but certainly didn’t live up to their reputation! The roast potatoes were anemic too!! !the staff was friendly enough, but it didn’t make up for the experience!!

6.5/10We had reservations but we had to wait 30 minutes to be sitted . Inside the restaurant was very nice, romantic, they had a great wine selection .We ordered tomato bruschetta, salad, steak and grilled vegetables . Everything was great except the most important dish. Our steaks looked beautiful but impossible to eat , it was 90% fat , barely any meat on it, difficult to chew. After couple of bites I gave up , I only ate my salad and the vegetables, they were good, I guess you can’t go wrong with that ( salad comes without any dressing, you have to mix it on your on with evoo and balsamic vinegar)and when the waiter asked how was my food I told him exactly how I felt about it, to my surprise he didn’t even offer something else or a refund. He simply said that’s how it is. I’m not a complainer neither is my husband, but we both were very disappointed:( For a restaurant like that I would expect a better service, unfortunately I will never go back.

8.5/10Staff had to confirm that I was 1 person since the app they use to book reservations doesn't allow 2 people as an option for dinner. They were very rude (maybe tell the app to let people book so we don't have this issue). Make reservations in advance since they don't seem to do walk in's. I offered to pay more since something about a commission based off using the app. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere but somewhat tight seating. An older lady fell down a small step or something in the restaurant while eating. If the pasta with mushroom wasn't so delicious I'd be more annoyed. The food was actually really worth being inconvenienced.

10/10This restaurant was the perfect ending to our stay in Florence. The ambiance of the restaurant is charming and intimate. We tried pasta and steak and everything was delicious. The service was also excellent! Highly recommend!

10/10We visited Rome, Florence, and Positano on our trip, and this was - hands down - the best meal we had in Italy! I had the steak with brandy, walnut, and Gorgonzola sauce and my daughter had the pasta cooked in a pecorino cheese wheel. Both were DELICIOUS!! The waiter who made the pasta was fantastic! So fun and entertaining! Again, we had a lot of great food in Italy but this was our favorite dinner!

3/10It gives me no pleasure in saying that this was a poor experience. It was very clear the restaurant was very popular and so understandably busy - however when presented with a table next to an open kitchen door we should have walked out. I'm sorry, the three tables in this back kitchen corner are no way near representative of the images presented when making a booking. The service was inconsistent and poor, twice we had to flag down over stretched staff having been abandoned. Having multiple waiters didn’t engender a pleasant customer experience. Food - alas should have been exceptional but didn’t live up to expectations. Steak, acceptable a little fatty but nothing wonderful. This being said having had several similar steaks in recent days. All in all, a disappointing and costly evening.

6/10We were excited to try this restaurant but left dissatisfied. The carbonara dish we ordered was delicious but our ribeyes were not the greatest. Our waiter seemed uninterested in assisting our table after we did not want to order the 175 dollar wine he suggested since we decided to stay in the ~ 50 dollar range. He didn’t check on our table throughout our meal…We had to get his assistant server to gain his attention. She was great and assist us with what we needed! The manager tried to offer us dessert to make the situation better but still charged for the ribeye even though it was not eaten after he said he was going to remove it from the bill.

10/10Amazing restaurant! By far our best food in Rome! I had the bolognese and others had lasagna and filet steak! Everything was great the service was the best we had in Florence also! Very attentive! We had Romy as our server and she was so nice and helpful! Would definitely go back!
