+2This is our first Michelin two star restaurant. The staff made us feel very welcome. The service was exceptional. However, we feel like it could’ve been a little bit more for the younger crowd. The food was really good, but there were definitely some things that stretched my pallet and the wine was impeccable.

10/10Went with my wife for lunch. The space is extremely intimate and makes for a wonderful and private experience. The service was exceptional and the food was outstanding. Hard to imagine a much better overall experience. Had the 5 course chef’s menu.

7.5/10Be aware that the 9-course experience is designed to last around five hours, so expect to be there until midnight. We weren’t informed of this in advance, and the unexpectedly long duration and pauses between meals negatively affected our experience.

Dear guest, We are extremely sorry to read these words, but above all we are sorry for the experience you had at our restaurant Santa Eliabetta, which, as you can see, is unusual: we rarely receive negative reviews, especially regarding the length of the menu. We are sorry we did not notice your discomfort during dinner; perhaps we could have done something to improve your evening. The 9-course tasting menu is the longest and, given the complex and articulated cuisine of chef Rocco De Santis, requires at least two and a half hours. The style that distinguishes our restaurant is also the interaction that the dining room staff has with guests, explaining the dishes and wines in detail. In the hope that you will give us a second chance, we thank you for taking the time to describe your experience: for us, every word is a great treasure and a reason to improve our service. 10/10It was fantastic. I didn't love every dish, but they did an excellent job on each one, and a couple where the best dishes I ever had (I'm not new to fine dining).

+3Had high expectations when visiting this restaurant. We took the 7 course menu. The food was excellent and the wine pairing was fabulous! We typically don’t like champaign but the pairing with spaghetti and sea urchin was absolutely delicious. And so were the other pairings with many interesting conversations with the sommelier. Indeed many red wines but they are our favorites. Allergies were perfectly taken into account. The service went too fast to our likely but slowed down after a comment. At one occasion the knifes were not sharp enough. And the English of some waiters was difficult to understand. After dinner we were offered to take friandises with us, which is quite unique in our experience. All in all a great evening with real Italian dishes and wines 😊🇮🇹😊

10/10What a beautiful setting within an old stone tower. Service was 5 stars and the food was quite delicious. Now, this is a high end foodies dream, not your typical Italian restaurant. The food in this place is Extremely sophisticated, worth their two Micheline stars. Expensive but worth it if you like a very fancy type meal. You will never be able to replicate what you get served.

The staff was accommodating to my family and our needs. They are all very kind and welcoming. We enjoyed every single dish and appreciated how detailed and delicious everything was.
