The patron did not honour our reservation. We arrived well in time for our reservation and were asked to wait for our table to be prepared which is absolutely fine. While we were waiting another smaller group arrived and were immediately seated at the only free table while we were asked to continue to wait indefinitely. This seems unjustified. I asked the patron for an explanation and he was dismissive and offered no update on our table. This was terrible customer service. Needless to say, we left.

we had 13 for a birthday celebration dinner. The staff, service and food were all great. they went a step beyond and signed a bottle of wine and gave it to the birthday girl!!!

Great restaurant - nice setting and lovely and cool with air conditioning. Down a lithe side street near the Duomo. Service by our young male waiter was really good and friendly. The 2 pizzas and chicken dish we had were tasty and the chocolate panna cotta was delicious. Wine and beers also went down well and would recommend this restaurant.
