The food was fabulous we actually ate here 2 nights on our stay I would highly recommend the staff were very attentive the food perfect it’s a must on your visit to Florence

6/10Pizza ok. On the Fork 20% but restaurant added cover charge the same as the discount. When questioned they said it was for the table! We had no bread, no extras at all so just for knife, fork and napkin! Also beware wine by the glass. Expensive and not proper measures.

Dear Mrs. Quick, Thank you for leaving a review. We regret that your experience was not completely satisfactory. We want to clarify that the "cover charge” is a common practice in many restaurants and covers the costs related to the service, such as cleaning and preparing the table. Even if you did not receive bread or extras, the cover is a fixed amount for the service and setting of the table, and is not related to the consumption of additional foods. As for the wine, we would like to emphasise that the portions served comply with the quality and quantity standards provided, and we are sorry if the perception was not the right one.
