6.5/10The setting was nice but could have been better if the bulle was on the balcony overlooking the market. Really disappointing service - no where what you would expect at the Fairmont - slow, inattentive - served the fondue without the wine...!

5/10Beautiful terrace. Good welcome. Service a bit up and down unfortunately and last order never came. Probably won’t return as the cocktails are very expensive and mostly ice and sugar.

10/10I would to say thank you for all the staff full of live positive and give me a lot of good energy . The boys in the bar are amazing. Their English is really good as well. Only Wi-Fi was really bad

6/10The service wasn’t great. The waiters were talking to each other all the time and were never checking on us. I always had to call them.

7/10The person who was serving me was very disrespectful and did not provide assistance and deliberately not come to serve me when I called him and refused to put a bottle of champagne that I bought in a bag
