Couldn’t immediately find our reservation, so not the best welcome, but a nice table and a pretty setting. Good cocktails and nice menu choices, well executed.

The food was not good, we ordered short ribs and salmon an both were not tasty at all, besides salmon was over cooked

We were here tonight for Christmas and it was a great evening. The food, the service, the decoration. They even had a christmas present for the kids.

We went there for a busy valentine's day meal and enjoyed the relaxed ambiance but very good service. The restaurant is in a 4 star hotel but has very good offerings. That evening we went for the valentine's menu which was mainly good, although we would be keen to try the ala carte menu as it would be more in tune to our preference. Most notably - we had some excellent service from all the team members we interacted with with our waiter Noah being particularly good - he made our evening enjoyable and we appreciated his service and suggestions. We will come back again next time in Zermatt and will try the seafood focused dishes which are our favourite!

Super strange experience. We showed up to dine on French food and it was a seafood buffet but they charged extra for the bisque but the bisque was serve yourself at the Buffett. The chef was very harried and arguing with the maitre d. Really strange. As we were finishing our food the waitress realized we never got our bread. It was the strangest meal I’ve ever had at a fine dining establishment.
