Great experience with food. The dishes are well designed and prepared, super fresh and good quality, good presentation, amazing combination with the flavor and materials. The only thing is I came in lunch hour and it’s a bit noisy during that time.

This restaurant has a very good ambience. But food is not worth the price. Service was bad. Gave eye contact to our server for 20 minutes to order. She was not nice at all when we asked her questions about the menu. Keep in mind that we came right when dinner hours started so it was not busy.

We had never been to Juvia before, and the reviews were good so we tried it, but most of the food was disappointing. The ceviche was really good, and the cod with vegetables was okay, but a bit bland. The burrata with arugula was good but nothing special. The langoustines were good, but the eggplant puree with them was really bland. We also had the vegetarian risotto, and again that was really bland, even with salt it had no particular flavor. Maybe the chef was off when we went. The ceviche was good though, and I would recommend that dish.

The formule menu was good value and the portion sizes were excellent. The dishes however were a little hit and miss, the salmon starter and tuna main were absolutely delicious but some of the other choices were disappointing.
