The service made the meal! We arrived and despite having a reservation had to wait 35-45 minutes before being sat, but it was fun to watch the hustle & bustle of a busy Roman restaurant on a spring night. We were lucky enough to get sat outside, which was lovely. The cheese & meat starters stole the show as far as food goes. Our server, who also seemed to be the host (and we spent our entire time in line marveling about how well he was managing the crowd and his tables and calls and everything) was PERFECT. Brought us complimentary focaccia to apologize for the wait, even though we weren't worried about it. Watching him work was just like seeing an expert in motion - it was very fun. The food was very good. Atmosphere was wonderful. We had a great meal and a great time.

Service was slow, food was average and the place was dirty . Lots of food on the floor from previous diners. Crammed in practically touching elbows to the people sat beside us on a different table . If there was more focus on quality than quantity they might do better .

It's hard to believe that their service is worse than any other restaurant. If you hesitate for a second, the service staff will leave. I ordered food and dessert first, and he shouted at me, "Drink! Drink! Order Drink! When I checked my bill, they threw the check on my table. I observed that this situation only happened to Asian customers. It's racism.

Food was absolutely delicious we came back twice in the 3 nights we stayed in Rome! Buratta starter was delightful, fresh, perfectly paired with fried anchovies! The pork suckling was out of this world! I will be dreaming of their pork dish! Carbonara was super tasty and pizzas fabulous! The set menu is also not to be missed! Thank you!

Fantastic local Roma restaurant. The pork was fantastic. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend as an alternative to pasta and pizza (although they do that too).
