This place was on my radar after my advance due diligence for our recent trip to Paris. Unique is a tiny place and can seem a little cramped. It can also seem a bit busy and somewhat noisy place. But don't let those points loom too large.....it does have a nice vibe and ambiance. We enjoyed the escargot (served hot!) and things like the southwest duck and a veggie pasta dish. Overall, this place did not disappoint!! The hustling and busy staff will work hard here to please you. My first impression was perhaps all the confirmation I needed because earlier in the day we confirmed the track from our hotel to the restaurant and I met the most friendly, charming and cute French girl tidying up the place for the day's opening. She confirmed our reservation and helped me navigate to their website to preview the menu.

The service was great. We are American, have kids, we tried to be respectful and attempt some French and had a wonderful experience. I wound definitely recommend. the wine paring with steak was very good. thank you!

This was such a gem in the heart of Paris! The ambience of a boutique Parisian cuisine transcends throughout the establishment. Food was amazing and made to perfection. The duck confit was just right - tender and flavorful!

We had a delightful meal here our first night in Paris. The servers were kind and helpful and every single dish we had was good. Surprisingly my favorite was the potatoes made with cream, butter, and chestnuts - just amazing. Would 1000% recommend. Make reservations... they were full and turning many away.
