10/10We had a great meal at Lungarno 23. The atmosphere was perfect and our waiter Pietro was fantastic. We messed up our drink order and he fixed it with a smile. We highly recommend (especially the pasta!).

10/10Our Arno riverboat tour guide recommended Lungarno 23 and told us the owner is a friend. We didn't have dinner plans so instead of winging it we found an open reservation nd booked it. We were greeted promptly sand given. choice of seating. We chose to sit outside on the terrace. It was a lovely night. The proprietor stopped by the table to greet us and we made small talk about having similar cameras. The server was prompt, professional, courteous, and attentive. We both selected the prix fixe option and couldn't have been more delighted. The food was presented well and was very tasty; the wine selection was generous and exceptional. It was the best wine of the trip, and that included the Chianti wine tour we had later on our trip. Very happy to have been introduced to this spot. Would go back again and recommend it to others who are visiting Florence!

10/10Second night in a row we had diner here and amazing again. This time we had the tasting menu, highly recommended! Tonight was very busy, they seemed to be a bit understaffed, so I didn’t really understand why tonight’s manager kept accepting new guests (without booking). Sometimes less tables but more attention (and selling, especially drinks!) can lead to more profit :-)

10/10This was our favorite meal in Florence. The food was amazing. Peter, our server, provided exceptional service with a touch of humor. It was lovely sitting on the patio to enjoy the beautiful weather. Couldn't have been better!

The attention to detail in the decor and the overall atmosphere really sets this establishment apart. What truly stood out was the impeccable service. Not only were the recommendations spot on, but the staff went above and beyond by surprising us with a complimentary amaro, which was a delightful addition to our evening. It's these thoughtful gestures that make a dining experience memorable and elevate it to the next level. The cuisine was an absolute delight. Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The menu was diverse, catering to various tastes, and the quality of ingredients was evident in every bite. Overall, Lungarno 23 exceeded all our expectations. The combination of exceptional service, delectable cuisine, and a cozy ambiance made for an unforgettable evening. 6/10Not for tourists. We felt not welcome in this beautifully shaped romantic restaurant. When we ordered only wine and dessert the face of our waiter dropped and we we weren‘t given any smile from then on. Wine and dessert were put harshly on our table without any further word or smile. We noticed Italian customers were treated vastly different with smiles, short conversations and were wished to enjoy their meal.

10/10One of the better meals we have had since arriving in Firenze.. Friendly staff. Nicely decorated. Good 70's 80's music that was not too loud. Enjoyed the whole experience.

7.5/10I think the atmosphere is best for a snack and drinks. Outside is a lovely place to enjoy Florence. The burger was underwhelming and the service was slow for early in the evening without a big crowd.
