Amazing recreation of french classics - not very abundant portions, as expected, but you will not leave starving. The staff is super helpful for not very knowledgeable: we were already seated at the table and we got called to ask where we were, and we would actually honor the reservation. The ambience is noisy, because the tables are very close to each other; if your fellow clients are going to be loud, which is often the case, you won’t an easy time talking at your table. The rooms are former convent rooms covered in stone, so this is the root cause of the bad accoustics. Nevertheless, the ambience is great, with a very genuine feeling to it. We couldn’t finish the deserts, as they were very rich. But certainly outstanding in quality and style. The chef came to the table and was super nice and helpful. Key negative aspect: the bill came with the tip included, and nowhere to be found the real cost of the meal. Just a few generic words about it. Completely misleading and flat out bad.

Great location to have a nice quality diner in a laid-back ambiance, and the staff is organised and super friendly. The menu is inspired by the French cuisine which is a welcoming change in Lisbon. Overall we had a nice experience and I would definitely recommend No Convento!

The quality of the food is excellent. The atmosphere cozy and elegant. We tried the lamb, the duck and the roast-beef and everything was delicious! Very good also the chocolate mousse. Absolutely worth it!

We had the most enchanting experience at No Convento, truly deserving of five stars! From the moment we stepped foot into the restaurant, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The ambiance was incredibly romantic, with dim lighting and elegant decor setting the perfect mood for a special evening. The service was impeccable from start to finish. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests truly stood out. The food was absolutely divine! Each dish was a work of art, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. From the appetizers to the desserts, every bite was a culinary delight. It's evident that the chefs put a lot of passion and skill into crafting each dish. Overall, our experience at exceeded all expectations. It's the perfect spot for a romantic date night or any special occasion. I can't recommend it highly enough!

Great ambiance service food and sommelier. Our 3rd time here. They could use a little finesse on the flow of the evening. Very quickly asking for your order, though we had not had been asked for a drink. Not the first time, so a little thought on the experience should be noted. But we will be back, it is lovely.

This was a huge comeback for us since this restaurant marks the place where we met each others about 10 years ago. Certainly a lot changed with the new ownership and I couldn’t stop to notice so many improvements. Everything is so meticulously and beautifully designed, handled with care and professionalism. The staff was super friendly and made us all feel welcome. The food was amazing and every plate was on the point. A must visit!

Good work by the chef but un coordinated service. Drinks need to come before starters, wine needs to be on the table before food etc. The prices shows that they want to play in the higher division. Then there is still some work to be done with the details.
