We went there for Christmas dinner. The service and the food were amazing! We had the Tomahawk steak, best we’ve ever had! We also shared the lasagna, tortellini, a couple appetizers, and desserts. Hoping to go back before we leave Florence. Highly recommend!

Being in Florence during truffle season one would expect if you’re ordering pasta with truffles you’re going to have white local truffles instead they were black truffles. The taste of significantly different. As for dessert, the Panna cotta was the worst I have ever eaten. it was so filled with gelatin that I barely could get my Spoon through it and as for fresh berries, it was a congealed berry purée which I’ve never seen.

We ate here as it was a Tripadvisor recommendation. My husband didn’t like his starter, it wasn’t as he expected but that’s personal choice. The rest of the food we had was fine. We ordered a bottle of water which never came, but when we got the bill it had been added. This was quickly rectified when we pointed it out. The staff were friendly and service was prompt.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with questions and suggestions on the menu. All of the food was excellent or amazing. The place is just the right size and not one of those overhyped places. We had a reservation, but you could walk in and have a table with minimal wait. Our waitress was the best The Bisteca Flortenia and the Spaghetti aglio olio e peperoncino were amazing. I will definitely eat here again.

We were a party of 7 and felt as if the server was just trying to get thru working her job. Wasn't very helpful with questions. Had better service and food the day before at trattorio verdi and will not return here.

So Dirty bathroom! Unbearable ! Veryuncomfortable position of our table in the everybody’s way even I had previous reservation and many other tables were empty. I asked for another table but received No. Personal running back and forth , sweaty owner - extremely not pleasant experience. Dirty and pleasant place.
