With all the restaurants in Florence, there is no need to go here. Our server was not happy and never once asked us if we wanted anything. Instead we had to wave at her to ask for something with her appearing as though she was bothered by it all. The food was average. Of course, when I got the bill, the fork discount was not on there.

The restaurant is lovely and the design is inviting. Pretty empty when we went so the vibe was not usual. The music was the wrong USA ‘60’s r&b sound. The food was very good though and our wine delicious.

Great steak but too big recommened

We were looking for a Florentine steak and found this amazing restaurant in a last minute search. Drinks started off the evening and then the Chef sent over a complimentary basket of foccia. This was by far the best foccia we've ever had...with bits of rosemary that pushed the flavor to new levels! We also ordered a serving of Spaghetti Bolognese as I had noticed the large vat of Ragu simmering as we walked in. Perfectly cooked al dente with an amazing rich meaty flavor. One of the best I've ever had and I've been fortunate to have eaten in Bologna. We had decided to eat here because of the incredible selection of regional meats offered so were excited when the star of the show appeared. We were not disappointed. Cooked just shy of medium but the sizzling plate helped push it if it were not to your liking. What a great place and experience. Highly recommend!

Almost 1 hour for the appetiser, then our main course came 2 min later before we have finished our appetiser. My wife got her food 10 min later than us.

Price/value disappointing. Service rather bad, tendency to rip off. Three reasons: 1 unrequested wine recommondation without knowing meals was the most expensive bottle of regular list (EUR 380) 2 brown carpaccio, ie not freshly sliced: was told "might be even better" 3 fiorentina steak premium shown was without filet, ie was no t-bone, after complaint replaced without letting us know - meat of unseen final piece did certainly not match the bone on the plate. So unclear what we finally ate - suspicion not the ordered and paid premium. Quality of food ok-ish, but not worth the price. Will certainly not return.

The food quality was excellent. Florentine steak some of the best my husband has had. Flavours in my duck ravioli were absolute perfection. Staff were all welcoming, talkative and engaging! Thank you for a lovely experience!

This meal felt like a scam. They recommended the most expensive dish and it was essentially unedible. I do not recommend anyone waste their time or money eating at this restaurant.

Great food with great location.

We only had pizza. It was the thin crust. Not my favorite but the ingredients were good, arugula, cheese mushrooms. Supposed to have sausage but “they were out’. Also out of the wine my husband wanted. It was not very late so thought this was strange. Only one other table being waited on and yet we waited 20 min for someone to come to our table to even give us water. Service was fine after it started.

The food was perfect, and the service and the staff were kind and warm. The only bad situation was that the waiter never brought back my change when I paid. It may be something common in this place, but I was expecting to get my change and, at my own will, give them a tip. This weird situation changes my experience a lot. Of course, I didn't ask for anything to avoid any weird moments. Besides this, everything was nice.

I really liked the look of the place and the location. The seats were comfortable and not too close to the next table. The service was good. Although they didn't have the Fiano I ordered from the wine list the waitress recommended a Vermentino that was very satisfactory. My request for a large beer went beyond my expectations when a litre glass arrived. Bellissimo.

This restaurant had good interior decor, and default ambience. The problem we had was that dogs are apparently allowed and directly next to us had a party with a small dog that barked about 1-2X per minute for almost two hours. This destroyed any chance of trying to enjoy a Friday evening meal with our friends. This was an inside dining room (not outside) and we were located in the basement level dining room which had low ceilings making the barking even louder. Management should have intervened. I love dogs, but the whole situation was ridiculous. As know by most, it’s not the dog’s fault, but rather bad dog owners make poorly behaved dogs… and in this case, this also applies to restaurant management!

Food and drinks, service and ambience were great.

We went with what our server recommended and had 1kg steak (enough for 2 people) sourced from Spain and chef's salad, excellent quality and taste. Another couple saw us eating this and ordered the steak too. Recommended. Service was really good too, we were taken care of.
