I made a reservation here expecting a standard dining experience, but was not informed at any point during booking that there was a requirement to order a minimum of two courses and three drinks per person. We had planned to visit primarily to experience the venue, given its reputation, and intended to order selectively. When we communicated that we did not wish to order full courses and dessert, we were told we would need to move to another floor and pay an additional cover charge. Since we had already paid for our table, we chose to leave. At that point, the situation escalated unnecessarily — multiple staff members began shouting at us, using inappropriate language and telling us not to return. This was extremely unprofessional and frankly shocking. There was no clear communication of these policies during the reservation process, which made the entire experience feel misleading. Pachamama was a pleasant surprise. It’s one of those spaces where the restaurant turns to a full party disco as the night progresses. If you do Dinner here, you pay for a set 69€ menu (without drinks) and get to stay for the party at your table. The food was good, the party was fun. Nice spot.
