Satsuki is a fantastic spot for authentic asian cuisine right here in Florence! The sushi rolls were fresh and delicious, perfectly crafted and beautifully presented. The chinese dishes were hearty and flavours spot-on. The server was attentive, friendly and provided good recommendations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a taste of Asia!

We wanted a change of food and my daughter loves sushi . We read lots of reviews of restaurants and decided on Satsuki. We were so happy we tried it out . The food is very fresh with good portion sizes . The staff are really friendly and the service was excellent . We had one of our best meals in Florence here . Satsuki is value for money . Would recommend a visit and we would return again .

We are early diners so made a reservation for 7pm when they open for dinner. We ate miso with seafood, two handrails (spicy tuna was not spicy), seabass (branzino) and unagi (eel) sushi. As high quality of any sushi I've had in the US. Delicious!

I enjoyed the sushi here very much. The quality and flavor of the rice was very good and the salmon was delightfully fresh and delicious. I loved the interesting rolls as well as good quality sashimi and nigiri. It was very easy to get a table here during a weekday. Prices were reasonable and slightly lower than my expectations from (just as an example) San Francisco.

This restaurant was GREAT, food was delicious, service on point, everything was 1000/10. They even welcomed us with a cooked salmon courtesy entrée, very thoughtful. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Florence looking for a Japanese option.

After a week in Italy, we just couldn’t eat any more pasta or pizza. A sushi dinner was just what we needed. We ordered and ate everything. Food was delicious and service was great. Will definitely return.
