Where to start? On arrival no record of our booking. Ordered food- after 20 minutes we were told one item 3 of us had ordered was not available, offered an alternative which turned out to be very disappointing. Loaded fries were not loaded, items described in menu were not part of the meal we received. Drinks ordered but didn’t arrive, had to reorder. We did accept a discount off of the bill but it was a very poor experience. Could not recommend despite reading lots of good reviews.
