10/10Excellent restaurant across the board. Creative and flavorful food, staff who are both professional and friendly, and an overall fine dining experience. We go to Michelin star and Michelin-mentioned restaurants on a weekly basis, and comparatively, Trace deserves far more than a mention, as it surpassed many of our one-star Michelin restaurant experiences. We look forward to returning in the near future.

10/10Chef Clément is a genius! We had one of the most memorable dinners in our lives. The food is out of this world - flavours never seen paired together before worked harmoniously in our mouths. Plate after plate we were entertained and delighted. It was the right amount of food and flair. Our only criticism is that we didn’t need the bread that came with the two courses - or at least we felt they didn’t add anything to everything else around them that were already exceptional. Otherwise, it was faultless. I loved that the kitchen was in the dining room itself. It created a lovely atmosphere, watching the chefs prepare and plate in front of us. Service was excellent. Félix was attentive and charming. He recommended beautiful wines. Every dish was explained thoroughly. Chef Clément even served some of the dishes from time to time which was a lovely touch. It was almost reminiscent of an omakase experience, where the chef interacts with his patrons. Could not recommend Tracé more highly

3.5/10The day before the visit, they asked me if I knew the prices in the restaurant, which translated means: Isn’t it too expensive for you? Then they asked to change the visiting time - an hour later. In response to our refusal, they suggested that we come half an hour earlier.. As a result: the food is absolutely bland, tasteless, and the price tag is prohibitive.

It is a way to make it clear, fluidity the first approach, and improve the experience of our guests. We are afraid your interpretation of that information is out of our hands. Regarding your appreciation of the food, we deeply believe it is a shame that you did not enjoy the cuisine of the Chef Clément Vergeat. We also believe that starting the dinner sober and without a cigarette break every 15 minutes would have helped your understanding. As your permitted yourself to leave your judgement on the restaurant, we assume we can give back our judgement. Let us inform you that your behaving in the restaurant carried the attention of both the team and the other guests of that evening.
