Service top notch, ambience inviting and authentic… and the steak was delicious with the roasted potatoes one of the best versions we have had for a long time. The only thing I fault here is the fact they advertise a minimum 800 gram steak order in which we asked for and then proceeded to bring out a steak at 1.2 kgs…. Went from feeling like an intimate dinner to a tourist in 400 grams. If they had have stuck at least to to 1 kilogram I would have raved about this

I made a reservation from Japan using the fork. I asked chat GPT for recommendations on Tuscan restaurants frequented by locals, and they recommended this restaurant. The friendly service and delicious meat were a great surprise. My daughter listed the T-bone steak at this restaurant as one of her top three memories from her trip to Italy. There were no other tourists around, so we were able to relax and enjoy our meal.

The food was basic and far from authentic. We were disappointed with the food, especially after seeing the restaurant had one of the highest ratings on TripAdvisor. We also thought the pricing was too high for the food they served. However, the service was very good, the atmosphere and decor was great.

Our evening at TRATTORIA il Bargello was top notch. The service and food were great. The staff was very friendly and attentive. This was our first night in Firenze and likely the best meal we had during our 3 day staff. I would recommend TRATTORIA il Bargello.

It was a perfect meal. The mood and service were great. We booked it for our 10th anniversary, and we talked about coming back for our 20th anniversary. Thank you for allowing me to spend quality time with delicious food. One tip for travelers: the back of the restaurant doesn't have a good internet connection, so you can't pay with the app.
