8/10Good sushi! The restaurant has a interesting and modern design, with music which creates a romantic atmosphere. The service was good and fast. 100% recommend this restaurant in the center of Cascais!

10/10Everything was amazing at Wakizashi restaurant! The staff was fantastic, the food was outstanding, and the atmosphere was so cozy. We absolutely loved it and can’t wait to return—especially for the Crab Rolls with Salmon!

4/10Not authentic. Rice too sour & soft. Salmon not fresh enough. Hot rools too much mayo & sweet chilli sauce.... Tables inside restaurant too tight. Not comfortable to dine there.

3/10How can I start? The service was really inattentive, didn’t know the basics of service (the waitress put the drinks in the middle and didn’t even bother to try to give to the right person). Then the food. The spring rolls were mediocre and clearly the ones you buy pre done and you just have to fry. The edamame was bland and then the sushi was of poor quality and taste. I usually don’t like to bad mouth restaurantes, but this one ticked a nerve: the prices are way too high for such a poor quality. The sushi gave me a huge stomach ache and our combo came with only 31 pieces of sushi (we didn’t even bother to ask for the other one, since the quality was so underwhelming). The fried pieces tasted like oil, the gunkans tasted like cheap cream cheese (not even Philadelphia). The fish didn’t even feel fresh…
