More of an experience accompanied with amazing food. Immersed in 360 degree video showcasing the Basque region and it’s people. The food was creative, meant to reflect aspects of the region. By combining textures, flavors, colors the dishes were incredible. All paired with local wines. Staff was engaging and informative. Highly recommend. Wish them success as they move next to Corsica.

Outstanding service for France, really well paced dishes with the film. Very lovely atmosphere. The food itself was disappointing. I’ve been to Michelin star restaurants that cost less than this and were phenomenal. If this food is indicative of basque cuisine, I’d say it is pretty underwhelming.
