6.5/10Appetizers were ok. Main course: one dish came cold. Another came very good and another almost burning hot which was left. Taste was not good. Desserts: torrija was excelent, the platter was not good (cakes were dry, quesada wasn't cooked properly and cheesecake was super dry. Then.... the music came..... and again had to ask to turn the volume down. What's wrong with these people? Most of the patrons are expressing their frustration with loud music and cold food and yet..... nothing changed.

4/10The Lamp chops were bone and gristle. Service was slow and when we pointed out the defect with the food we got double talk and no resolution.

2/10The service was extremely slow (we waited over an hour to be served). The staff barely spoke basic English, the music was very loud and the food was frankly terrible. Never again.

3.5/10We were hoping that the food would be at the same level as the service and the general decor of the restaurant. But it was not. In fact, it was so bad that we returned the food and went to another restaurant for dinner. The management and our server were very nice about our experience and very understanding. We got the feeling that they also thought the food was not at the highest quality.

9.5/10It was a fantastic experience. Great wines, good dishes and regular price. The same problem that others restaurants at Madrid: The spanishies doesn't matter with a excelent service and they can improve it.

6.5/10The waitress had an attitude towards us which made no sense whatsoever. I’m not sure if she had a bad day, but it’s not really an excuse. The other waiters and staff were friendly and accommodating. It was a bit disappointing that we had to wait for a while despite having booked a reservation. Nonetheless, that was fine since the ambience and overall vibe of the place was beautiful . The food was okay. The manager was very nice and approachable, we really appreciated this since we’re foreigners. In all honesty, it would have been a good experience if it were not for that waitress.

5.5/10The restaurant is in a nice location, but the service was not professional. Firstly, we received two different menus with different prices. Secondly, we did not receive a 30% discount, although we had booked via "The Fork" with the 30% discount option. Even though the waiter specifically told us that he had given us the discount, we realized afterwards that we had not received a discount. Overall, very bad service. Do not recommend it.

9/10Lovely experience! Great service, lovely space and decoration. The food was very good, the only one that we did not enjoy was the main dish, but we were already totally full with the brunch food.

10/10Good food and great service! Love the ensaladilla sueca and the flor de alcachofas. After the dinner, we were able to go up to the rooftop and have some drinks. We'll be coming back for sure!

7/10Yesterday’s executive menu sounded enticing. We ordered risotto and a fish stew. All ok, and thank God for that! E cause as the second course arrived, so did the huge disappointment.The cachopin was a burnt out sort of big nugget totally inedible accompanied by freezer oven fries and pimientos de padrón, being the pimientos the only worth eating part of the dish. The same goes for the solomillo ibérico. Several pieces of pork meat totally tasteless and dry with a sad cheese sauce covering it Once again, the pimientos were the only decent part of the dish. And to make it worse, the dessert. The choice was yogurt with strawberry syrup, watermelon , or strawberry mousse. Being strawberries in season and the simplicity of a mouse we ordered that. Sadly, no mousse whatsoever . It felt and tasted more like a margarine spread with strawberry flavor. So sad, because the service is impecable and the atmosphere tranquil and really welcoming. This was my favorite spot to lunch after being at the Thyssen, Prado, … I might give it another chance in case yesterday was an odd bad day. I wish.
