This restaurant-bar, located in a four-star hotel, features a bright interior and comfortable seating. The staff is friendly and offers service in both English and Spanish. We tried the Ensaladilla Rusa con Sardina Ahumada, Fideuá de Oreja y Shitake, Lomo Bajo de Ternera, and Secreto de Cerdo Ibérico. The first two dishes were reasonably flavorful, but the latter two main dishes were simply grilled and salted, with no sauces or accompaniments—not even a hint of garnish. If you know how to cook, you could likely prepare these two dishes yourself, but we waited about 30 minutes for them. Additionally, tonight's experience was not befitting of a mid to high-priced restaurant. We were forced to dine in a very noisy and uninspiring atmosphere due to a UEFA Champions League match being shown on a projection screen in the restaurant—something we were unaware of when making our reservation.
