10/10Everything was excellent! This is more than we expected. The restaurant was beautiful, the servers took good care of us, the food was fantastic and we enjoyed the conversations we had with the owner. What a pleasant night out we had.

8.5/10Good service but disappointing not to have the opportunity for a table with a view which is the sole reason we booked the restaurant. We were told they were all reserved but no-one came in while we there. I assume it’s priority for guests only which is fine but should be made clear beforehand. Otherwise great

10/10A fabulous experience from beginning to end. In particular a young lady name Hilaria(?) went above and beyond to make our visit special. The food and service was impeccable!

7.5/10The food was good, the outside terrace ideal for a warm evening. The service, however, was poor. The staff were polite and tried to be helpful, but the organisation was chaotic. None of the servers seemed to be responsible for our table. We were asked multiple times whether our order had been taken; then we were ignored for ages; then we brought only one of our starters; no one came near table, so we had to go to the bar to chase up our order; when it came, the server apologised and said it was given to the wrong table; we wanted dessert but we couldn't get anyone to bring us menus; we eventually managed to ask for the bill and were then brought the menus! It wasn't that busy. The service was just very disorganised.

10/10I visited the restaurant on my own, the team couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. Great location, lovely food and a nice wine list. Would highly recommend.

3.5/10I was asked to use my personal information while booking reservation to the restaurant: email, phone, full name, which was shared with restaurant owner. I did left honest review on TripAdvisor, as it was the source of me getting there, which used thefork.com to make reservation. At this point the owner of the restaurant wasn’t happy with the review and sent me messages on WhatsApp personally which felt intimidating and ruining my stay in Italy. I’m no longer in Rome and trying go on with my lifetime trip and the owner of the business has right to send me messages and accuse me in something they failed to begin with. My preference would be that under NO conditions the personal information of reservee can be shared with restaurant owner or any workers as information getting misused and used against the client.

Dear Lisa. The real story is different. If you go on intimidating me, I will pass everything to my lawyers. We tried to say sorry about your experience. Your answer has been unpleasant and arrogant to me and to my staff. Next time, when you want to be so truly helpful with our restaurant reputation, at least, read the menu. You were disappointed because TATAKI was not cooked in the middle. We tried to explain TATAKI is not cooked in the middle on purpose. We coked it a second time, but you were not happy again, and you were not able to explain why. We change the dish, but you were disappointed because you said OMBRINA was not Italian. Once more, a complete nonsense. I prefer not to comment about your wine experience and about all the dishes that we offered. Last night I understood that respect must be mutual. For sure, if I had a time machine, I would, at least, make you pay for the entire bill, instead of offering dishes, even if we had no faults. Thanks a lot for this life lesson.
