The restaurant Seen by Olivier Rome accepts reservations via the The Fork app, but when paying, the waitress Miriam (the one with the nose piercing) prevents payment via The Fork Pay by shouting and brandishing the card at the table in front of other customers. (The Fork Pay feature is available via the app for this restaurant, and I've paid there many times with this method payment.) I've been frequenting this restaurant since 2022 and I have always made reservations and paid via The Fork and The Fork Pay without any problems. Furthermore, when paying via card, the waitress Miriam (the one with the nose piercing) adds a 10% tip to the bill without asking the customer whether they want to leave a tip or not. She only permit me to pay via credit card, the pay now button inside the fork app worked but the waiters didn't permit me to use it.
