2/10I booked a table for 6.30pm. Upon arrival and saying I had booked, the waiter went off to speak to the manager. When he returned he said food wasn’t served until 7pm. We decided we would wait and we were shown to a table by an open door near the toilets. The rest of the restaurant was empty! We were offered water whilst we waited but opted to leave because there was obviously a private event occurring in the next room. The music was very loud and the staff were running around ignoring us.

I really enjoyed my experience at Obicà. The staff were very friendly and personable. The food was excellent and faultless. Being situated in a former palazzo the ambience was perfect and they’ve done an excellent job of modernising the space while retaining the beauty. I went in mid-December and the decorations within the restaurant were beautiful. Service was quick, excellent, and friendly. I found myself feeling excited to bring friends for future occasions.

9.5/10The food was delicious and served promptly. The server was attentive and very helpful with our choices. There was a good selection of wine. The only problem we had was a cigar smoker at the next table. PLEASE make it non smoking. It’s 2025.

5.5/10About 10 years ago when in Florence we ate there several times. The food was outstanding and the ambiance and service were excellent!! What a difference 10 years make! Very disappointing!

Beside caponata nothing special . Pizza is not traditional one - if you want try to something what is “alternative “ with chips on the top - try. For us super grease pizza Bianca what should be decided …. Generally try - probably everything will be better than pizza …

5.5/10Caprese salad was a disappointment. No basil or balsamic and I was expecting a better quality mozzarella cheese. Sub standard. Pizza was good. Not great. Also ordered a gluten free pasta dish. The sauce was bland. The restaurant is beautiful. Waitress was helpful.

The perfect setup for a nice cozy dinner on a slightly cold night, the warmth of the place and the food is the best remedy after a tiring day. The food was excellent and the service was impeccable
