9/10The sushi, especially the shrimp was very fresh where I had to order 2 more plates. Service was excellent. Chris was phenomenal! He took care of us and frequently checked in to ensure we were satisfied meanwhile he was juggling multiple things ie. Hosting, cashier, serving, making drinks, etc. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Will definitely return

5/10The service was awfully slow, ordered dishes forgotten or messed, we were waiting more than half an hour between the first and second rounds. Lack of waiters/cooks. Waiting 15 minutes to be able to order. Paid more than €100 but didn’t enjoy anything. Some dishes were good, some more than average. Pasta and miso aren’t good here. Also only one dish from “crudo” section per person, doesn’t make sense when you pay €22

9/10Good variety of food. The sushi has a lot of ingredients, but you can also find the simpler ones. We got grilled shrimp that weren't cleaned, but they changed them without any problems.

The food was really nice (ofcourse compare to the average Asian food quality across Firenze), there are a variety of options to choose from too. The price is very reasonable compared to the central location close to Duomo as well as food and service quality. The staff is very nice and attentive too. Together with 50% discount from The Fork, my experience in NIMA was beyond expectation.
