9/10Good variety of food. The sushi has a lot of ingredients, but you can also find the simpler ones. We got grilled shrimp that weren't cleaned, but they changed them without any problems.

4.5/10Located close to "Piazza Duomo" square, main food offer by this local is "Sushi". AYCE (All you can eat) formula is quite bit disorganized, is not self-service order, it's by waiter & you can order maximum 3 dishes. Ingredients put inside their sushi is NOT under typical tradition, I think they personalized a lot the composition itself. Staff that's work inside is kindly, but in average price is high compared to Sushi food quality taken.

10/10The food was really nice (ofcourse compare to the average Asian food quality across Firenze), there are a variety of options to choose from too. The price is very reasonable compared to the central location close to Duomo as well as food and service quality. The staff is very nice and attentive too. Together with 50% discount from The Fork, my experience in NIMA was beyond expectation.
