10/10Beautiful interior, lovely service, a very good Chinese restaurant with some interesting and unusual delicious dishes (eg. The raspberry prawns!!!) Definitely try the mix of dim sum, some were great (the beef and fennel one, or the scallop and prawn one!).

Artfully presented dishes that tasted as good as they looked. Welcoming service and and a sumptuously luxurious setting made for a romantic meal. Highly recommended.

10/10I live in Florence and my parents and sister came out to visit, have been before so I was pretty confident in taking them. As on other times everything was awesome, service super charming, food amazing, tried some new dishes and some greatest hits. Family knocked out by everything and approved my choice. One of my favourite spots in Florence

10/10The heat and spice were so delicately balanced and allowed you to appreciate each mouthful. Wine list is excellent. Really loved our side trip to China whilst in Italy.

10/10The service and food were spectacular. A cozy, dim ambiance that was very inviting. I had the dumpling tasting plate, the pork bao buns and the special rice tagliatelle noodle dish. All delicious and original. I would go back any time.

10/10We were recommended Pine and Apple by friends and very glad we listened to them. As you walk in, you're warmly greeted by the manager and immediately feel welcome. The restaurant itself is beautiful, and love the decor! We ordered a few different dishes to share and each one was delicious with complex flavours. My favourite is the pork with plum sauce. We live in Livorno and would happy drive to Firenze just for dinner here.

10/10There should be more restaurants like this one! I would best describe this restaurant as a Chinese restaurant that breaths the atmosphere of a luxury cocktailbar. The staff is welcoming and friendly and the menu is full of flavourfull fingerfoods and main dishes. And on top of it all you have cocktails, wines and beers to pick from. I will definitely revisit if I'm in Florence.

If you’re looking to take a break from traditional Italian cuisine and try something a little different, this place is an absolute must. The food was exceptional — full of flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly made with care. Every dish we tried was delicious and left us wanting more. The service was just as impressive: warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without ever being overbearing. The atmosphere struck the perfect balance between cozy and stylish. It felt like a local secret — relaxed, intimate, and full of charm. Highly recommend making time for this spot while in Florence. Good prices as well!
