The service from the staff from start to finish was memorable as they were extremely attentive. All members of staff were pleasant with an upbeat friendly attitude. They were more than happy to explain the menu and different meal options to both of us. As my partner had a bag with her they produced a small stool for her bag so it was not sitting on the floor which was a highlight and a first for her. The full experience was incredible and we would recommend. Our only downfall was that we were too full to try a dessert!

4.5/10The place itself is nice, fancy but almost a bit pretentious. We went for dinner on NYE and the disappointment was immense from minute one, the service do not correspond to the ristorante position they aim to have but more to any trattoria on any regular day and the food not sure from where to start, presentation, cooking and mix of tastes made it the worse meal we have had in Italy. On 9 courses, only the 2 oysters were ok. Even dessert was awful. And the restaurant knows, as most plates were collected back to kitchen from our table and others with most food leftovers. And not even once they asked if there was any problem. Place to avoid.

5.5/10A disappointment. This is not the same Cibrèo you‘ve seen recommended in guides. The service is poor and the dishes are tourist priced (e.g. $24 martinis). This place was meant to deceive you into reserving based on the other Cibrèo Cafe’s good reputation.

Good service, drinks, and food in a pretty premises. We ate the rabbit ravioli and langoustine pasta as first courses, and enjoyed the fish for two (turbot) as the second. Would return during another trip to Firenze.

4/1077 euro for zucchini tulips with goat cheese and 2 drinks. Took over an hour. Ended up eating dinner at a tourist trap in the square

2/10the meat was too salty and the starters were tasteless the only good food was the ravioli

10/10Very nice, modern restaurant with friendly, attentive staff and delicious food. Cocktails are quite pricey but we didn’t try them so cannot speak to how good they are, but our starters, dinners and wine were delicious.

6/10The Fork (this company) did not accurately book our reservation we made through them. Thankfully, they still had room to seat us. The food was good-great. The ambiance was nice. The service was spotty with incompetence between younger staff (teenagers or 22 years old at most) and poor communication in delivering things like bottled water and the check. There was also a feeling of condescension towards us by some of the wait staff; and either true or perceived, it was not a welcoming environment. Overall, you can find something better a few blocks outside of the more touristy regions. I recommend you do as the price does not reflect the experience expected.
