10/10Food was a fabulous break from pasta, although you can get it there. Two different steaks and the local fish were ordered and all fantastic. Service was very friendly, even if our server was a bit green. Patio seating was nice, once the smoker settled his bill and left. Great experience overall.

6/10We chose this restaurant as it has a wood fired grill and promotes their beef … especially Steak Florentine. They do not serve the steak in the grilled and rare classic presentation and this is not identified on the menu. The beautifully aged beef arrived almost raw - barely singed by the brazier. It was then cut off the bone and when we questioned the server on the raw meat he ordered a searing hot iron platter from the kitchen and began to sear the individual slices… it was like a fajita platter at this point. Our inability to communicate in Italian was not helpful but we managed to stop the complete desecration of the meat … we’ve had Steak Florentine many times … including very recently in Florence. Never seen anything like this. A complete ruin of an expensive piece of beef. Our disappointment and disapproval was evident but there was no apology from anyone just a lot of superfluous explanations that were kind of insulting to experienced diners. We paid full price for the meal.

The foods are great. We loved everything served. They were very attentive to our needs. We love their carbonara, pasta with seafoods, steamed mussels, calamari. And the tiramisu was very very good! It's highly recommended.

It was a perfect last dinner on this trip to Rome. Service excelent, food very tasty and prices quite ok for Roma. I found a new best restaurant for me. Thank You!

6/10I felt that their website and images of food there was very different to what we received. I would say it was edging more towards fine dining in presentation and look on their site and social but what we received I would say was very rustic with not a lot of flavour. The staff were lovely but at one point I actually thought we had come to the wrong restaurant and checked with the staff.

10/10Outstanding Roman steakhouse, wonderful attentive service in an historical site connected with the Orsini. The restaurant manager Marco introduced us to the history of the building. Owner Giacomo welcomed us and Daniele provided most excellent service. Recommend 100%! Jill and Tom Brown

5.5/10it's expensive and it's not value for money. the steak was tough and we look it medium rare, the lamp chops were completely dry and burned and the chicken was also dry. very badly cooked all the plates we took and overpriced. the service was nice and the salads and side dishes were ok.

We were at the restaurant on New Year's Eve. The appetizer and second course (steak) were delicious and exactly what I was hoping for - good quality, restaurant-level plating, enjoyable flavour combinations. There were 2 pastas, tonnarelli was ok, but paccero was too salty, overcooked and not tasty at all. The dessert could have been better as well. We had to wait a long time for the drinks to be served. Wine and water were brought only after a reminder and no one came to refill. I wouldn't do it a second time.

Fantastic steaks, side dishes and desert! We had the sirloin with herbs/balsamico, the zucchinis & potatoes as sides, and the two types of tiramisu as desert (normal and the one with postacchio cream). It was all INCREDIBLE.
