We went because we are celiac but the food was so delicious that really, everyone can enjoy the risotto. There were a lot of different choices and each of the ones we ordered were flavorful and not heavy. The appetizers were tasty. Service was prompt. The gluten free beers were delicious as well. We are looking forward to trying their location in NYC, which is a little closer to home.

Pistachio risotto was incredible, the cheese on top with every bite was amazing. Also had the shrimp polenta appetizer, very creamy polenta and shrimp was cooked perfectly.

The risotto is wonderful, specially the pistachio risotto. And the waiters and fun and efficient. The room is comfortable and gets you in the right mood. All in all a good experience.

Probably one of the best restaurants we've experienced in Rome. Gluten free and everything made from the same "base ingredient" (rice). Great value for money with a relaxed atmosphere

Staff kind and welcoming. My husband is coeliac and this restaurant is exclusively gluten free so it was great for him to be able to eat anything from the menu. Food was delicious and good wine too. They gave my husband extra gluten free focaccia to take away because they heard him saying it was the first time he had eaten bread in Rome. Highly recommend.
