The ‘cover’ included a wonderful, small loaf of warm, seedy bread on a ramekin of heated grains and a dollop of whipped butter dusted with ground herbs. Fantastico !! And each subsequent dish maintained an equivalent quality and inventiveness.

The decor and atmosphere had a wonderful oldfashioned elegance and the service was frendly. We received a lovely homemade bread and spread as an extra strater. They had only whole bottles listed in the wine menu, but upon asking we found out that some wines could also be orded by the glass (8€) We had tartar di gampero rosa e fichi and Carpaccio di ricciola alla as a starter. Both dishes were completely lacking salt. For main course we had pasta: Classici Tradizione Romana wich was too spicy for me and Primo Piatto witch was too salty
