8/10Food was fine, would not go out of my way to eat there. Also had to pay 12 euros for service fee. Don’t know if it is a standard in Italy or just there.

the place itself is very interesting and enjoyable. tasty and varied food. Unfortunately, the atmosphere was spoiled by the lack of interest from the staff. after ordering the dishes and wine, no one approached us anymore. We asked for a dessert card twice, and also for the bill. when it was given to us, nobody came to settle accounts and say a symbolic goodbye. so we left our money and left unnoticed.

10/10The waiters and staff were so gracious. They were attentive, shared history of the restaurant, and were generous and patient with their recommendations. The place itself was charmingly decorated adding to the experience. Well then, the food was delicious. Truly a delight. We have eaten so much on this trip that we could not rally to have all courses which was the only disappointment. The tortellini in brodo was my first time and was a savory and done perfectly al dente. The green salad was was made of fresh, nutty, full flavored greens and tomatoes I could only dream about back in the States. Desert was the lemon tart with perfect crust and more than lemon flavors. I could eat every day. The wine list! It would take a lifetime to get through it all, but not to worry they will help you pick the perfect wine. We started with a local bubbly that I could kick myself for not remembering. It was crisp and slightly dry. A great meal, great staff and charming location with years in the making. Go. You will enjoy and maybe go again!!!
