7/10They have an interesting menu with unique offerings. The menu takes a little time to understand but the servers were very helpful in describing all of the options. We enjoyed our small bite plates but the entree was extremely salty.

Since all the plates at your table returned to the kitchen finished, our staff wasn't aware there was an issue during your visit. 7/10The food was fine albeit it was very nouvelle cuisine. The service for the most part was first class. I did not realise when I booked that the restaurant formed part of a hotel. There were no other clients other than ourselves so there was little in the way of atmosphere. The waiter spilt oil on one of my friends shirt which left the shirt ruined. Whilst the staff were apologetic they were not keen to reduce the bill as a consequence of their actions albeit in the end they did reduce the bill. The whole process was very unsatisfactory.

Thank you for your review Miss Anahita and for your kind words about our staff. Regarding the portions, we would like to clarify that our menu features a specific section called 'Mozzichi e Bocconi'. These dishes are intentionally designed as smaller, creative reinterpretations of iconic recipes. They are served in smaller portions at very accessible prices specifically so that guests can share multiple different flavors and try a variety of dishes. As for the wait times, we sincerely apologize. Being a public holiday, the restaurant was fully booked, and our kitchen was working at maximum capacity to ensure every dish was prepared with care. We appreciate your patience during such a busy service. We truly hope to see you again soon

2/10Hi there, We attended a Christmas sent menu today at 1:30pm for my wife and myself. We were extremely disappointed with quality of food provided and the bottle of wine we bought was absolutely horrendous. To say we are disappointed is an understatement, it’s actually completely ruins our Christmas Day as the food standard was absolutely horrific and will go down as the worse meal I’ve ever had. I was made to pay for the meal prior to visiting and if I had to pay on the day I’d have refused as it was inedible and has left myself and wife ill afterwards. We did not say anything during our visit to be polite but I couldn’t let this go without comment as saying this has been the worse experience of my life. I’d like a full refund please . I hope you understand that I didn’t want to cause a scene at the restaurant and stay professional hence my email regarding this issue. I think the standards of your food should mirror the lovely setting of the hotel. Kind regards Rhys Jones

9.5/10The menu is almost exclusively design dishes, both delicious and creative. The staff were very kind, the ambience tranquil and pleasant. The wine menu is limited, and even then they didn't have the simple Chardonnay we requested. The wine glasses were plastic. Other than that, the experience was a good one!

Regarding your comments on our wine service, I would like to gently clarify a few points to ensure there wasn't a misunderstanding during your visit: We actually take great pride in our cellar, which features over 100 different labels, including a wide variety of sparkling wines, whites, reds, and rosés.It is very important to us to mention that we do not use or serve wine in plastic glasses. We exclusively use high-quality glassware to ensure the best tasting experience. It is possible that the specific design or weight of the glass used for your table felt different, but we assure you it was glass. We truly hope to see you again soon . A huge hello from Anavà Crew !
