10/10Bougain is a quiet spot in an otherwise crowded city. Personnel, food, drinks: everything is spotless and remarkable. I could just sit there and watch the bartender making cocktails. The food is incredible, you won‘t regret visitting.

7.5/10We were a party of 2. The server took special care with his tables of 4 or more and we were constantly flagging down other servers to assist us. We ordered a side dish that didn’t come with our meal and had to ask for it and it came late. We also were not asked if we wanted wine with our meal. Tip should never been automatically included as I would have wanted my tip to go to a specific server who was really the only one caring for our table

9/10We began with a fairly simple starter, with couvert and garlic prawn. The garlic prawns were delicious, the sauce was godly. But the portion was fairly small. For main dishes we ordered the steak Diane and the octopus. But portions were decent and they were delicious. The steak was perfectly on point with what we ordered and the Diane sauce was very good. Smooth, silky and tasty. The octopus was cooked to perfection (tender and juicy) and the romesco sauce worked very well in the dish. The sides for both dishes were good and decent portion. Fries for the steak. And oven roasted potatoes and sautéed kale for the octopus. As for deserts. It’s a mixed feeling. The tiramisu was absolutely divine. Creamy and tasty. As for the chocolate bomb, it just didn’t work for us at all. Not what we hoped for. To accompany the whole meal we had 3 different cocktails. The passion fruit Mojito, Pink sour and palomita. They were good. But the passion fruit Mojito stood out from the rest. Very nice.

6/10Service was slow. We asked the waiter to turn on the heater about 5 times. It was cold and we sat outside. Lamb dish and my grouper dish were just average. Not bad. Not great. The green rice that was served with lamb was delicious. The ambiance I'm sure is amazing in the summer but in our case it was too cold to sit outside. That's our fault.

9.5/10Amazing restaurant and food, cannot be disappointed, only thing that made me not giving a 10, is that, to my opinion, you should avoid placing 2 seats tables next to 8 seats ones, as you straight up have to shout in order to speak to your guest. Beside this, go ahead, cannot be disappointed as I stated.
