The oddest of experiences. After taking our order and making us wait 30 minutes, the waiter came back and said there were no ‘mains’ in kitchen and we could only have pastas. He could give us no rational explanation as to why he did not tell us this fact at the start. Very poor service and very bad experience.

I was really put off by how one of the waiters handled the tip. I had already left 7%, but he pointed it out and insisted—rather bluntly—that I should leave 15%. It felt awkward and a bit disrespectful. I understand tipping norms, but there’s a right way to handle it, and this wasn’t it.

Delicious food and great service. The food was really tasty and felt freshly made. The staff were super friendly and made us feel very welcome. Overall, a lovely spot to relax and enjoy good food in Florence. Would definitely come back! Plus, it is pet friendly!
