The service was impressively fast, with the pizza served within minutes. However, the taste was quite typical of what you’d expect from tourist-focused restaurants in central Amsterdam. While the staff was friendly and attentive during my visit, I found it unusual that I was asked to cancel my reservation through the app upon arrival. Later that night, when I was already asleep, I received an unexpected phone call from the restaurant, inquiring about my negative feedback in a somewhat impatient manner. I found this approach to be inappropriate and unprofessional.

After coming in, I was asked to cancel my reservation. He said he couldnt find my reservation in his system but I saw my name on his device, and told him that was me. He seemed confused and then left. We had ordered an appetizer, a drink and a meal with intention of ordering another drink and dessert, but instead he came to us to tell us to leave so he could use our table. He never came by to ask if wanted another drink or to to check on us in any way, this was the first interaction with him after getting our meal. When I wanted to pay, he said he only took cash. He told me to go to an atm down the street to get cash and refused to let me pay by card. I have no intention of going back there.

Food was good (the pastas) but the restaurant is tiny and there’s only 1 chef and 1 waiter. So we have to wait very long. But yeah the pastas were of great quality!

Very friendly welcome, super attentive and animated staff. Took time to chat with everyone even when it was busy. Food was excellent, very hot, and all delicious. Good menu choice, well priced and well worth the money. We even, luckily, had room for pudding! The only downside was not knowing until we went to pay that the card machine was not working. Otherwise perfect!
