MIO vino&cucina is a must-visit restaurant. The food was incredible and Emmanuella, our host, was welcoming and a pleasure to speak with. She shared her knowledge of Italian wines and her recommendations on the food selections did not disappoint. Both the Tartare di Tonno and the Tartare di Verdure were exceptional; light and fresh with wonderful seasoning. While my wife and I will only be in Florence for four days, we are considering a second visit to MIO vino&cucina before departing Florence. We will be recommending MIO to our friends and family and have already reinforced to our hotel the excellent recommendation of MIO vino&cucina.
